“I am a multi-media artist whose work explores the landscape using layers, colour, collage and texture. I am drawn to landscapes and seascapes both at home and abroad and the enormous changes to those landscapes made by the weather, the seasons and man.
I use multiple sketches as inspiration for a painting in order to get a feel for a landscape that is emotional and vibrant rather than prescriptive. The landscapes in Sussex and Cornwall are my most visited favourites.”
